Get a good start on college scholarship and essay writing with help from the Moore Public Library and the University of Oklahoma Writing Center, in a free class offered at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, in Room B of the library.

The class is offered for teens, who will learn good tips and practices for writing essays that are needed on many college entrance forms and scholarship applications. Representatives from the OU Writing Center will lead the class.

Everything is offered free of charge but space is limited, so registration is required in advance to attend.
