The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library seeks to make the holidays a little more merry and smooth with a pair of “Self-Care” events taking place in December.
Join us for:
Surviving the Holidays, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10 – Adults ages 18 and up will learn techniques to support their mental and physical well-being, particularly during the holiday season.
Essential Oils, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, in Room A – Representatives from Science Museum Oklahoma will share the science and process behind essential oils and ways they can support self-care. Either teens or adults may attend.
Registration is required separately for each of the events.
The programs are funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act.
