Summer Reading returns to the Moore Public Library, with a heroic parade through the streets of the city at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 30.
The parade route will begin at Moore City Hall and proceed down Howard Street to the Moore Public Library. After arriving at the library, you can enjoy a variety of hero-themed activities, a snow cone, and register for this year’s Summer Reading Program.
Registering in person or online qualifies children for a bag with a reading log, stickers, bookmarks, and a free book. Teens and adults can also receive incentives.
The slate of special programming for the summer runs throughout June and July, with activities set for children, teens or adults, as well as some family-friendly programs for all ages.
