Do you have clothes or Halloween costumes your children have outgrown?
The Moore Public Library has a great idea for a new home for those items, as well as a way to replace them at no cost. The library presents its Children's Fall Clothing and Costume Swap from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1.
The first step is to bring clothes and costumes to the library from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30. Those who donate will receive tickets based on the number of items they drop off on Friday that they then can use to shop at the sale Saturday.
In addition, there will be a table with free items available at the sale that won't require a ticket.
Suggested items to donate include socks, shoes, coats, pants, tops, dresses, baby blankets and gently used children's Halloween costumes.
