Purcell Public Library
The Purcell Public Library is building and creating with its new program “We Do Legos.” Two sessions of the afterschool program are planned for 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the library, 919 N. Ninth St.
Participants will share Lego kits to build and program a variety of projects, and if time permits, the group will put their projects together into an expanded Lego robot.
The program is for ages 5 to 12 and is provided thanks to grant support from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
Space and supplies will be limited so registration is required in advance to attend.
