ReadingDogThe Blanchard Public Library invites young readers to the library for its weekly time for reading with a therapy dog.

Reading with Sully takes place from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays, Feb. 6, 13, 20 and 27, in the Conference Room.

Young readers may bring their own books or pick from the many that are part of the library's collection. The goal of the program is to provide young readers a place to practice their reading in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment.

Parents or caregivers are asked to set up a time slot in advance for reading by contacting library staff, either in person or by phone at 485-2275.
