Things are hopping with children’s schedule during October

kidsThe Moore Public Library invites children and their caregivers to a variety of age-appropriate programs throughout the week at the library.

Most activities take place in the Story Time Room of the library, which is adjacent to the Children’s Department.

Featured this month are several special activities for students during Fall Break. The library will show a free movie at 10 a.m. both Thursday, Oct. 15 and Friday, Oct. 16. And musician Monty Harper will perform a free concert starting at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, an encore from his visit to the library during this year’s Summer Reading Program. Space is limited to the first 300 participants for each of these programs.
