Get tech-y with 3D pens, circuit kits

Littlebits byRualriBlast into the future with the Moore Public Library and its Teen Tech Tuesday, at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, in the library's Story Time Room.

Teens will get a look at two of the library newest features: three-dimensional pens and littleBits circuit kits.

The pens are just as they sound, able to create three-dimensional designs, be it a signature, drawing or other design. The littleBits kits give an introduction to basic robotics with buzzers, spinners and circuits that can be combined in different ways.

These are two of the STEAM Power Maker kits in use throughout the Pioneer Library System to promote science, technology, engineering, mathematics and the arts.

Space for the program is limited, so teens interested in attending will need to register in advance.
