Teens can participate in an international event at "Hour of Code"

Coding-Girl-Binary-by-GeraltDive into computer programming with the Moore Public Library and its teen event "Hour of Code," at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, in the Computer Training Center.

The Hour of Code is part of a global movement of Computer Science Education Week and Code.org, with tens of millions of students in more than 180 countries expected to participate.

No previous computer programming is needed to attend. The program is for ages 12 to 17.

Since space in the CTC is limited, registration in advance is required.
