Get on the move with our free Zumba classes

Woman byClckerFreeVectorImagesThe Moore Public Library, a community favorite for exercising minds through reading, also gives chances to exercise your body with its free weekly Zumba classes.

Free classes will be 6 p.m. on each Thursday evening in February, on Feb. 2, 9, 16 and 23. The workouts feature high-energy Latin and International music that combine dance and exercise movements.

Teens ages 12 and up or adults may participate, although a signed waiver is required before each class. Anyone under age 18 must have parent or guardian consent by signing the waiver.

The classes are made possible through the Health Literacy Grant by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Oklahoma Literacy Resource Office and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
