The Moore Public Library debuts a new computer series, Girls Who Code, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, in the Computer Training Center of the library. The series will continue on Tuesday afternoons through Tuesday, May 16.
University of Oklahoma graduate student Alex Barnard will lead teen girls in learning to code with different lessons and projects each week.
Registration is required in advance to participate.
Girls Who Code is a national organization focused on giving girls friendship and the knowledge to code.
