Learn the art of Tai Chi with the Moore Public Library in two sessions of its weekly classes – a Beginner’s Tai Chi class at 9 a.m. on Saturdays, and an Intermediate Tai Chi class that follows immediately after at 10 a.m.
Classes are for age 18 and up. Registration is required in advance, as is a signed waiver.
The sessions are led by certified instructor Chock Petchprom. The goal for the classes is to improve balance and coordination, reduce stress and anxiety, promote joint health and help participants develop and improve muscle strength.
