Get an introduction to swing dancing in library event

Swing danceWant to dance the night away but are cursed with two left feet?

The Moore Public Library may have an answer for your problem, with its upcoming Introduction to Swing Dance class, at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, in Rooms A and B.

Instructors from 3Sixty Entertainment Powerhouse will spend the first hour of the event going over fundamentals of swing dancing, followed by a dance social in the last half-hour.

The event is for ages 18 and up, and registration is limited to the first 50 who sign up in advance.

Financial assistance for the program is made possible through the Health Literacy Grant by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Oklahoma Literacy Resource Office and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
