At 7 p.m. Thursday, May 7, the Moore Public Library welcomes representatives from the Norman Regional Health System and Cleveland County Nutrition and Fitness to present the program “Eating and Exercising for Better Health.”
Adults ages 18 and up are invited to learn about the benefits of eating healthier and being more active. A free booklet will be provided to help participants make a plan for healthy changes to their lifestyle. Registration is required in advance to attend.
The program is made possible thanks to a Health Literacy Grant provided by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
If you are unable to attend, get started on your health journey with some health and fitness titles available at the library and online.
