The Newcastle Public Library welcomes cellist and storyteller Erin Yeaman for an afternoon of “Tunes & Tales,” at 10 a.m. Friday, July 27.
Yeaman will voice a variety of characters in re-enacting many children’s stories, and combine that with her talent as a cello player to add music to the presentation.
Yeaman is an award-winning classical cellist who has appeared in numerous library activities in the past. She is an active soloist, chamber musician, freelance orchestra musician, music outreach advocate, fundraiser and teacher.
The program is geared to ages 11 and under and their caregivers.
