The Noble Public Library is not just about exercising your mind.
The library begins a series of Resistance Band Training at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Oct. 4 through Oct. 20.
The six-class series will show the benefits of working out with resistance bands as part of an individual exercise plan. Ages 18 and up are invited to participate.
Registration will be required in advance.
