Tai Chi series pushes to develop mind and body

Tai ChiDevelop both mind and body with the Noble Public Library and its series "Tai Chi for Better Balance." The programs run at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays the library is open beginning Tuesday, Nov. 15, and running through Jan. 3 and 5, 2017, in the library's Coman Culbert Community Room.

Participants will learn a variety of Tai Chi movements with the goal providing relaxation of mind, body and spirit through the slow, continuous movements.

The program is designed for people of all mobility levels and the movements may be performed from either a standing or seated position.

Classes are for ages 18 and up. Registration is required in advance to participate.
