The Noble Public Library presents the upcoming free workout series “Tai Chi for Better Balance.” The six-week, 12-part series, begins at 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, and runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at that time through Thursday, June 29.
Ages 18 and up are invited to participate, and they will learn from a certified instructor about basic Tai Chi movements as a way to reduce a risk of falling while increasing balance and flexibility.
Registration is required in advance to attend classes.
