Holiday Open House sure to shine

holidayNorman Public Library Central continues a holiday tradition in the community with its annual Holiday Open House, from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at the library.

The theme for this year’s event is “Shine Bright,” and the festivities will include a variety for all ages, including holiday refreshments, crafts and more! Adults interested in the library’s new adult coloring session can learn about it as the group will have a program during the first hour of the Open House.

It’s also a night to showcase some of the talented musicians and singers of the community, with performances scheduled by the Wilson Elementary School Honor Choir, the Carillon Bell Choir from McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church, and a holiday sing-along led by The Norman Singers.

This family-friendly event is presented with the support of the Friends of the Norman Public Libraries, and registration is not required to attend.

We hope to see you there!
