Talk writing at library groups

notesNorman Public Library Central is the perfect place for writers this month as it invites local writers to join one of their two writing groups! These groups welcome authors at any level of their writing journey to meet and share ideas.

The Write Club invites teens interested in writing, regardless of how much experience they may have with it, to develop their skills and share their ideas at its monthly gathering, which next takes place at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14, in Rooms A and B of the library.

It’s a chance for young writers age 12 to 17 to share stories, get new ideas, learn from local experts, receive feedback on their work and much more! Registration is not required for this group.

And the library’s new group Write On! gives the same opportunity for adults ages 18 and up. That group meets immediately following the teen group, at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14, and each group plans monthly meetings on the second Sunday of the month. Registration is required for this group.

You do not want to miss out on these awesome groups!
