Get a good start in genealogy research

genealogyNorman Public Library Central has answers to questions by those seeking to further their knowledge of their family’s history with the program Introduction to Genealogy: Start Right! at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23.

Kathryn Ramsay, Genealogy and Local History Librarian for the Pioneer Library System, will lead the class. She will give beginners a look at searching for their family and genealogical information and will discuss how establishing family connections provide a solid foundation in building a family tree!

The class is for ages 18 and up, and registration is required. This is a great opportunity for you to know more about researching your family's history so register soon!
