Norman Public Library Central's series "Making Peace" continues at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, with the presentation "A Climate of Conflict: Barriers to Peace in Our Human and Ecological Communities."

Dr. Mark Y.A. Davies, Wimberly Professor of Social and Ecological Ethics at Oklahoma City University and Founding Director of the World House Institute for Social and Ecological Responsibility, looks at the systemic barriers to peace within the economic, political and culture process.
