December brings busy month of computer, technology classes

ComputerKeyboardNorman Public Library Central has announced its schedule for free computer and technology classes taking place throughout December. Unless otherwise noted, classes are conducted in the library's Computer Training Center.

Girls Who Code, for ages 12 to 17 – 4:30 p.m. Dec. 5 and 12

Internet Survival Guide, for adults – 10 a.m. Dec. 6-8

Younger Girls Who Code, for 2nd through 5th graders – 4 p.m. Dec. 6

Robot Club, for ages 12 to 17 – 4 p.m. Dec. 7 and 14

Minecraft Creative, for ages 6 to 12 – 5 p.m. Dec. 9

Hour of Code: Beginner, for ages 11 and under – 10 a.m. Dec. 10

Hour of Code: Intermediate, for ages 11 and under – 11 a.m. Dec. 10

Hour of Code: Advanced, for ages 11 and under – Noon Dec. 10

Microsoft Excel, for adults – 1 p.m. Dec. 13-16

Golden Agers' Computer Club10 a.m. Dec. 14
