Find a program for your child in February

Baby byjutheanhNorman Public Library Central hosts a variety of activities for preschool children and their caregivers throughout February. Most programs take place in the Story Time Room of the library.

Registration is not required in advance for any of the programs, and before and after the events is a chance to look through the extensive collection of materials owned by the library and the Pioneer Library System.

The February program schedule features:

Baby Story Time (for children 24 months and younger) – 10 a.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 1, 8, 15 and 22

After School Special (for kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students) – 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 1, 8, 15 and 22

Toddler Explorers (for children 12 to 36 months) – 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2

STEAM Tweens (for ages 8 to 12) – 4 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 2, 9, 16 and 23

Music Connection (for ages 3 to 7) – 6 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 2, 9, 16 and 23

Rhythm Babies (for children 24 months and younger) – 10 a.m. Fridays, Feb. 3, 10, 17 and 24

Saturday Story Time (for ages 2 to 5) – 11 a.m. Saturdays, Feb. 4, 11 and 25

Story Time (for ages 2 to 5) – 10 a.m. Mondays, Feb. 6, 20 and 27
