Tai chi series set for Monday, Wednesday nights

yogaDo you feel stressed or just want to feel more well-balanced? Norman Public Library West invites you to come join their series of free Tai Chi classes. These classes will be taking place from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday evenings throughout February, beginning Feb. 1.

During these classes you will learn awesome movements and techniques that can reduce stress and increase balance and flexibility. Adults ages 18 and up are welcome to participate and registration is required.

The classes are cumulative, so be sure to attend each session!
