OHAI class looks at safe use of medicine

MedicationNorman Public Library West invites the community to its program “Using Medication Safely,” a presentation by the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, at 10 a.m. Friday, April 27.

Topics will include what people should know about their medication, the causes of drug-related problems, questions to ask a pharmacist or health care provider and more.

Ages 18 and up may attend the event, and registration is not required in advance.

The Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI) is a program of the Donald W. Department of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Oklahoma and is supported by the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation.
