Tuesday brings a day of activities for kids

CircuitsTuesdays are filled with activities for children of all ages inside the Purcell Public Library.

In the mornings, the library’s weekly Preschool Story Time brings stories, rhymes and more for children not yet of school age and their caregivers. Story Times are at 10:30 a.m. each Tuesday of the month, with a special Story Time Playdate on Oct. 31, where children can come dressed in their Halloween costumes for a morning of fun.

After school, elementary-school age students are invited to the library’s After School STEAM series, beginning at 3:15 p.m. each Tuesday of the month except for Halloween. Participants can experiment with science and technology through a variety of programs.

And it’s a chance to see all the materials and other services available for families with children through the library and the Pioneer Library System.

Registration is required in advance to attend the preschool events.
