Students can use the technology resources from the library to lend a helping hand with their homework. One of these resources, the tutoring database Brainfuse, will be highlighted at the Shawnee Public Library at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, in the Computer Training Center of the library.
Brainfuse is one of more than 50 databases offered through the library and includes resources for homework assistance from online tutors for kindergarten through 12th grade. This workshop specifically is for teens ages 12 to 17 to learn the basics about using the site and its resources for their needs.
Space in the computer lab is limited, so registration is required in advance to attend.
