Learn meditation techniques in summer series

Hand and flowersFind a morning of calm with the Shawnee Public Library and its Tranquil Tuesdays series, at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays in June. Programs begin Tuesday, June 6 and the classes take place in Community Room A of the library.

The four-week series is an introduction to meditation, with information on how mindfulness meditation techniques can help people becomes more calm and stress-resistant. Ages 18 and up may participate.

Registration is not required to attend.
