Genealogy research meets technology at library program

Have you been interested in your ancestory and heritage? Do you want to start learning about where you came from? The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library combines high-tech with a look to the past to give genealogy researchers more tools as they look back into their family history. The library will present the program “Genealogy Databases” at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14. Registration is required in advance, and can be completed online.

Kathryn Ramsay, Genealogy and Local History Librarian for the Pioneer Library System, will highlight many of the online resources available through the library in its collection of online databases.
