The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library offers fitness times two with its weekly classes offered at the library.
The library hosts a Pilates class at 6 p.m. Mondays, followed by an hour of Zumba at 7 p.m., beginning Sept. 14 and following most Mondays. Participants in the Pilates workout are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat to use during the program.
Each class is available for ages 12 and up. Registration is required in advance, and each participant must sign a waiver release beforehand, or for ages 13 to 17 have a form signed by a parent or guardian.
