The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library debuts a Yoga for Beginners series, which will meet multiple times in December.
The classes will be directed by certified yoga instructor Laura Lee of Infinity Wellness Center and are for ages 18 and up. Participants of any experience level in yoga are invited, but the class is particularly geared to those learning basic fundamentals. The class will be a chance to learn 25 common yoga poses, as well as proper breathing and body alignment.
Registration is required, and yoga mats will be provided for those who register.
