Be nutritious with "Stealth Health" ideas

VegetableThe Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library's series of healthy literacy programs takes a look into nutritious eating with its workshop "Stealth Health: Nutrition for Picky Eaters," at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, in Rooms A and B of the library.

A dietitian representing the Chickasaw Nation Get Fresh! Program will give a cooking demonstration and hand out samples of the finished product. It's a chance to get ideas for meals that are healthy yet please picky eaters at the same time.

All ages are invited to attend. Space is limited, so registration is required in advance.

The program is made possible through the Health Literacy Grant by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Oklahoma Literacy Resource Office and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
