The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library takes its popular Pilates series outdoors during April, with weekly sessions of "Pilates on the Patio," at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays this month, with events on April 4, 11, 18 and 25.
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. Ages 12 and up are invited to participate in the program, and registration is not required in advance.
In case of inclement weather, the class may be moved indoors.
