The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library exercises mind and body through its extensive collection of materials, as well as its continuing free Pilates series. The classes are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Tuesdays in May, on May 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. Ages 12 and up are invited to participate in the program, and registration is not required in advance.
