The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library moves into the summer by continuing its free weekly Pilates series. The classes are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Tuesdays throughout June, with program dates on June 6, 13, 20 and 27.
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance.
Ages 12 and up are invited to participate in the program, and registration is not required in advance.
