Pilates series continues on Tuesdays

Workout matThe Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library moves into the summer by continuing its free weekly Pilates series. The classes are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Tuesdays throughout June, with program dates on June 6, 13, 20 and 27.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance.

Ages 12 and up are invited to participate in the program, and registration is not required in advance.

The program is made possible through the Health Literacy Grant by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Oklahoma Literacy Resource Office and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
