Sharpen your computer skills with free classes

computer keyboardThe Moore Public Library announces its schedule for free computer classes for April.

Registration is required for each class. Visit the library, call 793-4349, or register online to attend one or more of the five classes:

April 7, 9:30 a.m. – Computer Basics: An introduction to the computer with practice using a mouse.

April 14, 9:30 a.m. – Internet Basics Part 1: An introduction to the internet. Learn basic browser and toolbar functions, and practice web surfing.

April 21, 9:30 a.m. – Internet Basics Part 2: Learn tools and tips that help provide better and faster internet searches. Internet Basics Part 1 or equivalent is a prerequisite.

April 23, 6:30 p.m. – Travel Information on the Internet: Looking for resources to research your next vacation? This class will show a variety of information available on the internet, including apps.

April 28, 9:30 a.m. – eBay Basics - Buying: Learn the basics of setting up an eBay account, how to shop wisely, and the mysteries of bidding. Intermediate computer skills recommended.
