Library to present A County Christmas Gala

snowThe Tecumseh Public Library is going country for its annual celebration of the holidays, as it hosts A County Christmas Gala, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5.

The day will feature a variety of Christmastime favorites, including themed games, refreshments, face painting, and holiday entertainment. Rep. Josh Cockroft will read the classic “The Night Before Christmas,” and music will be provided by the Cross Timber Honor Choir and Sharon Baptist Church Children’s Choir.

Also, the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce will provide hot chocolate and personalized Christmas ornaments, and the Tecumseh 4-H Club will bring some of its furry friends as part of a special petting zoo.

And it wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa Claus, who will stop by for a visit. All children up to age 12 can get a free photo taken with Santa during the event! Isn't that awesome?

The Gala is sponsored by the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce and the Friends of the Tecumseh Library. Registration is not required in advance to attend. Don't miss out!
