Feb. 21 @ 4 p.m. - Gaming at your Library Come and play your favorite board and video games at your Library!

Feb. 28 @ 4 p.m. - Movies vs. Books - Watch The Princess Diaries movie and talk about differences between the book and the movie. Refreshments will be provided.

Where Things Come Back by John Corey Whaley has been awarded both the 2012 Michael L. Printz Award and 2012 William C. Morris YA Debut Award.

The Michael L. Printz Award is an award for a book that exemplifies literary excellence in young adult literature. The William C. Morris YA Debut Award, honors a debut book published by a first-time author writing for teens and celebrating impressive new voices in young adult literature.

The YALSA Award for Excellence in Nonfiction 2012 winner is The Notorious Benedict Arnold: A True Story of Adventure, Heroism, & Treachery by Steve Sheinkin


The YALSA Award for Excellence in Nonfiction honors the best nonfiction book published for young adults (ages 12-18) during a November 1 – October 31 publishing year.
