The Friends of the Purcell welcome the community to hear Oklahoma mystery author Marion Moore Hill as the Friends commemorate a successful year with the group’s annual membership luncheon and author appearance, starting at noon Tuesday, Feb. 3, at the Purcell Public Library.
The event is for ages 18 and up, and registration is not required in advance to attend and will feature a soup and sandwich lunch and is a chance for members of the community to join the Friends of the Library. There is no charge to attend.
And it’s a chance to hear from Hill, who has penned two mystery series and will speak about her books and experiences that inspired them. She has had books published since 2003. Hill also will have titles available for sale and autographs after the luncheon.
