Norman Public Library East takes a look at ways to battle stress and anxiety with its upcoming event “What Is Meditation?” at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at the library.

The program will give an introduction to meditation as a way to combat stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration and even help with sleep management.

This is a secular session and appropriate for all ages, religious backgrounds and any experience level with meditation.

Registration is not required in advance.
