Get active with fall Tai Chi series

Tai ChiThe Blanchard Public Library will host another installation of its Beginning Tai Chi for Seniors series this fall. The series begins at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, and continues at the same time on Mondays and Thursdays for six weeks, through Thursday, Nov. 8.

The classes will focus on eight different low-impact Tai Chi positions that can help attendees improve their balance.

The series is limited to 20 people due to space constraints, so registration is required to participate.
