McLoud Public Library
The McLoud Public Library is pairing up new readers with certified therapy dogs as part of its reading program “Sit, Stay, Read,” scheduled twice during January, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, and at the same time Tuesday, Jan. 22.
Young readers have a chance to read with a certified therapy dog in an encouraging, positive atmosphere. It’s a program that has been used in multiple libraries throughout the Pioneer Library System.
Registration in advance is required to participate.
