Tai Chi series promotes better balance

Tai ChiThe Tecumseh Public Library presents the series “Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance,” beginning at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, and continuing on Mondays at the same time through Monday, Nov. 26.

The series will feature 12 sessions that will build on eight Tai Chi positions to promote better balance, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and build a person’s core muscles.

Ages 18 and up may participate. Registration is required in advance to attend as class size is limited.
