What is Gale Presents: Excel Adult High School?

Gale Presents: Excel Adult High School is an online program for adults to earn a diploma from an accredited online high school.

• To be eligible, students must be 24 or older and live/work/own property in our service area.

Why PLS is offering Gale Presents: Excel Adult High School:

To help bridge the education gap and provide better job opportunities for our customers, Pioneer is offering Gale Presents: Excel Adult High School. Students are equipped for career advancement by choosing electives that best align with their interests such as business; science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM); digital photography; sports medicine; and forensic science. This program also includes ACE college course credits for those looking to continue their education beyond their high school diploma.

What about the GED?

Gale Presents: Excel Adult High School is a great option for adults who are looking for an online program that allows for flexible learning. Each student is connected with a mentor for support. Because it is online, students need to be motivated and have access to a computer/tablet and the internet. Students do not need to pay for any tests with Gale Presents: Excel Adult High School. Once they complete the program, they have earned an accredited online high school diploma.

Step 1:

Fill out the online application.

Step 3:

If you qualify, you will have two weeks to complete the online pre-requisite course.

Step 4:

Once completed, visit the library for an in-person interview with a Business Services Outreach Specialist.

Step 5:

If you are awarded a scholarship, you will have 24 months to complete the program.
