Take the online self-assessment test.
Step 3:
If you qualify, you will have two weeks to complete the online pre-requisite course.
Step 4:
Once completed, visit the library for an in-person interview with a Business Services Outreach Specialist.
Step 5:
If you are awarded a scholarship, you will have 18 months to complete the program.
