Tai ChiThe Tecumseh Public Library will begin a series of “Tai Chi: Moving for Balance” classes for adults at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5, at the library.

Attendees will learn movements of Tai Chi in an effort to help reduce stress and increase balance and flexibility. The program is designed for people of all levels of mobility and can be performed either standing or sitting.

The series will continue at 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays for 12 sessions, through Monday, Sept. 16. There will be no class Monday, Sept. 2, as the library is closed for the Labor Day holiday.

Space is limited so advance registration is required to attend.
